I read a great article recently from @HarvardBiz and Peter Bregman outlining some of the more important things to focus on in a day. The article outlines two lists; "The Road Ahead" and "Distractions", which are fairly self explanatory. After taking a few seconds to gasp the simplicity of the idea I began to apply the idea to Digital Media. If I had to write two lists; "What to Focus On" and "What not to Focus On" what would these lists looks like? Here are my lists... your's might look different, but then again... maybe not.
What to Focus On
1. Strategic
Facebook - Increase Engagement, derive key learnings, apply to strategyTwitter - Increase mentions and retweetsAdwords - Certified Adwords AgencyFacebook Ads - More fans! Increase Engagement
2. Tactical
