A Digital What to Focus On List?

I read a great article recently from @HarvardBiz and Peter Bregman outlining some of the more important things to focus on in a day. The article outlines two lists; "The Road Ahead" and "Distractions", which are fairly self explanatory. After taking a few seconds to gasp the simplicity of the idea I began to apply the idea to Digital Media. If I had to write two lists; "What to Focus On" and "What not to Focus On" what would these lists looks like? Here are my lists... your's might look different, but then again... maybe not.

What to Focus On

1. Strategic
Facebook - Increase Engagement, derive key learnings, apply to strategy
Twitter - Increase mentions and retweets
Adwords - Certified Adwords Agency
Facebook Ads - More fans! Increase Engagement
Web - Improve Messaging, Page Rank and VALUE!

2. Tactical
Facebook - Engage on Time, Document engagement
Twitter - Push, Engage, Engage, Push
Adwords - Check and Refine Daily
Facebook Ads - Check and Refine Daily
Web - Continually write and Publish

What Not to Focus On

1. Strategic
Facebook - Number of Fans
Twitter - Number of Followers
Adwords - Impressions

Web - Unique Visits

2. Tactical
Facebook - Useless Applications
Twitter - Hootsuite
Adwords - Workflow
Facebook Ads - Reach
Web - Pages that don't matter
