As integrators of digital media we are often asked a mountain of questions that relate to strategy writing for digital channels. Integrating Social, Rich and Traditional media into one strategy takes time, effort and planning. Building, establishing and directing each individual channel can take an enormous collaboration with your team. So what's the best way to integrate everything together to achieve maximum reach, engagement and interaction? Curate content and channels as a team. We're well beyond the early stages of strategy development when we used to speak about; Listening, Engaging and Participating. It's now onto strategy that speaks a little closer to what actually engages audiences and how do we yield the largest amount of impressions? Stories! In each story there is typically more than one character so why not tell the same story in real-time digital media? Use your team! At the moment we're spending the majority of our time aligning content plans with release schedules. Content must come from everybody, each team member posses different skills, abilities and use various medians. One team member may excel at video, another with photography and writing.
